Design Service Turnaround
All Design Orders
Our design process is friendly and highly interactive. We will always attempt to expedite your proofs and complet artwork as soon as possible. Design process typically consists of three steps:
Step 1: Send us your information by email an IGX design specialist will contact you (by phone or email) within 24 - 48 hours
Step 2: Review a your proof of your new artwork via email -Request any changes and receive additional proofs (see proof policy)
Step 3: Submit your approval to print via Email

Important: Turnaround times are subject to artwork meeting all design and print specifications. Any artwork issues may cause delays in turnaround.
Printing Service Turnaround
All Printing Orders
Our satelite printing company is located in Canada and depending on the job order, Printing can take between 4 -1 0 days, if wanted a rush printing process, there will be an extra charge. Other than that, your order will be in the que in the order which is process.
Shipping Service Turnaround
All Printing Orders
Depending on the state/city which its going, shipping takes from 2-5 days.
